Charles is a serial entrepreneur having built several companies that successfully anticipated the media market across a wide variety of sectors. Charles currently is the founder and CEO of Watzan, Inc. and prior to that sold his last venture Sequence, a technology platform that transformed print publications to personal media to the largest print and publishing global company, R.R Donnelley.

Patrick p. Grace
Patrick Grace is a business executive, philanthropist, and experienced board member. Patrick is President and CEO of the Grace Institute Foundation, which has provided tuition-free workforce development programs to unemployed women in New York City since 1887. He oversees the charitable activities of his extended family, which has actively engaged in philanthropy for five generations. Patrick has served on more than 15 nonprofit boards with missions in the US, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.
Patrick spent most of his business career at W.R. Grace & Co., an international company founded by his family in Peru in 1884. He was the CEO of Grace Logistics, which was responsible for the company’s $5.0 billion global supply chain. Patrick has been a director of Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE) since 1996, and Tonic Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TNXP) from 2007-2019. He attended University of Notre Dame and earned an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.

Paul R. McMenamin | Esq., Founder & Chief Counsel
Mr. McMenamin advises the companies, directors and management on business strategies, corporate acquisitions, consolidations and dispositions, licensing and management agreements. Paul has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, private equity, venture capital and buy out deals.
Paul has a long history having been senior partner in large New York-based national law firms and heading up as General Counsel to institutionally backed private equity fund investing in buy-out consolidation and venture financing in the media communications and technology sectors.
Throughout Paul’s career he has led over 350MM in venture capital equity raises and over 1Bn in M&A transactions.
Paul has also served as a consultant on select litigation matters in the areas of copyright and patent infringement in Federal Courts.
Paul is a graduate of University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School. Paul is admitted to the Bar in New York.
Suzana Jeremic McMenamin | Director of Operations
Suzana is the Director of Operations for the past 10 years at SilverLine Collective. She has created and continues to implement the Company’s policies, procedures, and protocols. Suzana handles all the areas of operations, legal research, due diligence and client’s data rooms, document productions and is part of business strategy discussions to increase overall productivity, efficiency, revenue, while building strong work ethics, accountability, responsibility, and overall employee culture.
Suzana has strong people skills and extensive experience in the high-end service industry directing the operations of Manhattan’s top celebrity chef’s restaurants for 12 years prior to joining our team, overlooking, and managing a high volume of employees and managers. She creatively structured many roadmaps and continually increased profitability (including in the years of 2008 and 2009 financial meltdown). Her business acumen, knowledge, and incorporation of both her careers have given her a unique perspective and one of the key roles in SilverLine Collective.
Suzana is multilingual, she speaks English and Serbian language fluently, French, Italian and Spanish conversational. Her European background and schooling, majoring in Philology from Belgrade University, gives her a versatile, broad understanding of human condition, ethnicities, needs in today’s market and global demand.
